How Social Entrepreneurship will make New Zealand a richer nation.

I went to the Tea Gardens in the Old Museum Building at Massey University on Friday afternoon to photograph the (as of my knowledge) first event as part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week taking place from November 15-21. There were some great speakers such as Rod Oram who also facilitated the live-streamed panel discussion between Sam Morgan (Founder, Trademe), Marc Ellis (Celebrity sportsman, entrepeneur), Jade Tang ("yMedia" social media) and Mike Cherrett (Deputy British High Comissioner).

It was a great event that left you with lots to think about.

Here some of the shots I took of the panellists just before the event commenced:

and here one of the moments lead by Marc Ellis who made us erupt with laughter

and here the view from the middle rows during Sam Morgan's speech about Social Entrepreneurship
