How are you? It’s been a busy few weeks wrapping up the wedding season and exhibiting at The Wellington Wedding Show last Sunday. It was great seeing many of you there, thanks for coming by!
The nicest end to the day was when I won the “Best Stand competition for the Capture Category (Photographers/Videographers)” which was great feedback from the industry…
Today I’d like to share Zoe and Matthew’s wedding with you.
The energy and harmony between them is really contagious and passionate which is something you will see throughout their wedding story. I loved every minute of photographing them as many things unfolded so naturally throughout the day..
Their ceremony was at the Magpie lawn at the Otari Wilton’s Bush. It’s a magical spot for a garden ceremony.
So let’s start with the shoes (or the getting ready..) Midnight blue hot heels indeed!!
This is the bride Zoe having a chat with one of her bridesmaids..
A great surprise of the day was Matt’s present for Zoe…she LOVED her new watch!
The great thing was that we had lots of time to relax and chat ..
Putting on the dress was quite a sight as Zoe couldn’t stop laughing about suffocating any minute…wel it was all worth it
And she is ready to go!
And off I go to the grooms side…
He had handy groomsmen and a lovely groomsmaid..here one of them doing the last minute ironing.
Here is Matt adding another thought to his speech…
Gorgeous ceremony setting at Otari Wilton’s Bush..
Some friends have arrived. Love it how they all storm towards Matt..
Well, a few minutes to go…Matt looks very pleased with everyone in position and ready to go….
Zoe had a long walk up the aisle…which can be a good thing
One of the nicest thing during the ceremony was that they kissed each other whenever they felt like it…because they simply couldn’t help it. I loved it
Her sister did a lovely reading too which caused some tears too…it was very touching..
We had a bit of time taking photos around the Bush before we went to the South Coast..
Love bites! Check out the third photo. Matt’s face says it all….ouch!
Then we were off to the South Coast of Wellington. Always love it there. The boys brought some cigars which added a lot of fun to everything….love those shots of Matt..
Congratulations Zoe and Matt!
